Chair Exercise

We are back!

Start your week off with a session of Chair Exercise with Jacalynn!

Monday mornings starting May 16

10:30-11:30 am

St. James Parish Hall

Class will consist of many different modes of exercise to increase one’s fitness level. You can expect to improve your endurance, strength, motor skills, flexibility, and balance. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your water bottle, and be prepared to have fun.
