Class will consist of many different modes of exercise to increase one’s fitness level. You can expect to improve your endurance, strength, motor skills, flexibility, and balance. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your water bottle, and be prepared to have fun. You can reach Jacalynn with any questions at Jacalynn’s Email. ($5 – $10 suggested donation per class.)
