St. James & St. Leo Children’s Music Ministry offers children in 3rd grade through 8th grade the opportunity to sing together and raise their voices in song to praise God!
Members will:
- Learn the fundamentals of music theory and choral singing
- Form community with other members of our church
- Grow in confidence
- Sing for liturgical celebrations and learn about our Catholic Liturgy
- Join the Youth Music Ministry in leading mass once a month
- Have fun making music for the glory of God!

REHEARSALS:
Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 PM
Last Tuesday of every month 6:00-7:00 PM with the Youth Music Ministry
MASSES:
Last Sunday of each month
5:00-6:00 PM
4:00 PM Call time for rehearsal before Mass

Requirements:
- Children must be in grades 3rd through 8th
- No previous music experience is necessary; however, a member must have the maturity to actively participate in a rehearsal and follow verbal directions
- Parents must be able to commit to bring their child(ren) to rehearsals and scheduled liturgies/events, and communicate any scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
