The Solemnity of Pentecost – celebrated this year on May 24 – is the birthday of the Church.
Like our earthly birthday parties, there are gifts. But this party comes with something else: a mission for all of us.
PS This year, our celebration of Pentecost at St. James-St. Leo is special, as over 80 teens and adults will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
